Wix is a WSIWYG (what you see is what you get) site creation tool that you allows you to build a web presence without knowing all of the coding and stuff that a real web designer would use.
I entered it in their 'recognition program' through facebook and lo and behold my site made their featured list... the top of their featured list. Wow.

ReplyDeleteWix is a dedicated website to make your own website for free. It's actually a great site to use for personal blogging. However, it's not advisable for promoting businesses. The main problem for free services are their limitations and restrictions.

I’d have to agree with Masako here. At first it would be great for start-up promotions or for a temporary website while you cook up something better, but in the long run, you’d still have to learn or have someone who knows how to code a website so you can insert things that are related to your business, like a blog portion or a promotions page, or whatever is unique to your business.
